“Nothing is more difficult, and therefore more precious, than to be able to decide.”

~Napoleon Bonaparte

Good Morning!  I’m still playing with the Project Life Scrapbooking pages.  I’m working on some Fourth of July pages and wanted to show you the two different lay-outs.  There is a “Landscape” lay-out and a “Portrait” lay-out, and they come six of each in a package of 12.   These journaling and design cards were made with the new Work of Art Stamp Set (the stripes), the Simply Stars stamp set, the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set (the paint splotches), the Make a Wish stamp set (sentiment) and the new Point and Click stamp set (dotted lines for journaling and the small silver embossed stars).  I also used the rotary “Remember” stamp to stamp the date.  Cardstock and inks are Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White and Midnight Muse.  Now I’ve got to go dig out some photos!  Below are some close-ups of a Journaling Card and a Design Card.  Happy Scrappin’!  Pax, Dawn

  1. Hi Dawn,
I love the beginnings of your scrapbook pages. I’m still not understanding this new product, Project Life, very well, and have a question for you. Did you stamp the little pocket papers yourself, or are they part of a bigger set that you buy already stamped? Or maybe a combination of both? You’ve done a wonderful job of getting lots of your photos put into pages, and I’d like to give it a try myself, but wonder how much work it will be.

  2. Hi Kathy. I stamped the little pocket papers (journaling tags and design tags) myself, but there are also premade ones that can be purchased if that is something you’re not interested in doing. I’ve never been a scrapbooker, but this system is easy as can be! : )
