Congratulations Sue! I guess you have the lucky charm because I know you recently won some blog candy on Susan Itell’s blog! Yay, Sue! And for those that were not picked this time, I have a Hot Crab Dip recipe for you. I made it for our Stamping Peace party on Saturday and it is DELISH!!! It’s perfect for our holiday gatherings.
2 cups fresh crabmeat
16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks)
1/2 cup sour cream
4 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 T. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1. Stir the cream cheese until soft.
2. Chop the green onions and add them and the crabmeat to the cream cheese.
3. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Serve with a variety of crackers.
