Our October Stampin’ Up! Orders are tagged with these cute wizard hats and friendly ghosts. New tags, but the excitement never changes when we receive additional tools for our craft that makes smiles for others! Happy Stamping!

I made these treats (a Becky Roberts design) for our recent Stamping Peace Leadership Meeting. If you’d like to make them for your family and/or friends and don’t have all the supplies, just let me know and I’ll put in a Stampin’ Up! order for you from this fall’s Holiday Catalog. : )
“O good gigantic smile of the old earth this autumn morning!”
Good Monday Morning and welcome to several new blog followers! We hope you had a beautiful week-end. Yesterday, a car full of Stamping Peacers traveled to Downeast Maine for super talented Beth Mills’ stamping event. We arrived to these Fry boxes filled with home-made snacks waiting on the tables. Then we made this cute Halloween card (everyone’s were different because we had a whole selection of background papers to choose from that were cut from the Motley Monsters Designer Paper). I chose the woodgrain to compliment the birch trees on the bottom. Another version of the card had a little ghost from the same “Fall Fest” stamp set where the “Happy Halloween” is, and a big black “BOO” was stamped on the right. Both sentiment stamps came from the September Paper Pumpkin Kit. The orange sequins also came from that kit. We could also make a “fall card” with the pumpkins sitting on the bottom half of the card, without faces on them and with the Color Me Autumn DSP. After the cards we made a little pumpkin with the new Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlit Die. We used a stamp from the Work of Art stamp set to make the stripes on the pumpkin. The For All Things stamp set was used to make the green leaf. Such cute projects Beth! At the end we made a Christmas card (that I will show you tomorrow) and we enjoyed Beth’s delicious cooking! Have a great day, I’m off to walk the dog and enjoy the spectacular foliage. Fondly, Dawn
“You wouldn’t believe on All Hallow Eve what lots of fun we can make, with apples to bob, and nuts on the hob, and a ring-and-thimble cake.”
Good Thursday morning! This is my version of a Becky Roberts gift bag. Isn’t it cute! The base is Tangelo Twist, stamped with a Grunge stamp in the same color ink. The “Thanks” sentiment (which is covered up by the little ghost and pumpkins, stamped with the new Fall Fest stamps and cut out with the new Fun Fall Framelits) is stamped in Old Olive. I also used Old Olive cardstock for the Scalloped Border Punch. I didn’t have a stamp that said “Boo!”, so I asked Joseph to write it for me. Good job, Joseph! : ) I took the picture below before attaching the ghost and pumpkins, so you could see the new “Seasonally Scattered” stamp from the Holiday Catalog. I fell hard for it after seeing our friend Beth Mills swap card made with it (posted last week). I couldn’t decide which I liked better…the white ribbon or the old olive ribbon paired up with the new White & Tangerine Tango Two-Tone Trim. What do you think?
